Service Availability:

3D Helix aims to maintain consistent availability of its online tools. However, we may occasionally experience downtime for maintenance or updates, during which services may be temporarily unavailable.

Account Security:

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login details. 3D Helix will not be held liable for any unauthorized account activity.

Data Usage:

All data entered into our tools is used solely for the purpose of generating accurate deliverables and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

Intellectual Property:

The tools and content provided by 3D Helix, including 3D Blueprint Maker, Online Spring Force Tester, and 3D CAD Viewer, are the intellectual property of 3D Helix and may not be reproduced or used outside of agreed terms.

Subscription Renewal:

All subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 48 hours prior to the renewal date. Users can manage subscriptions in their account settings.

Payment Terms:

Payments are due at the beginning of each subscription period. Any failed payments will result in a grace period of 7 days, after which the account may be suspended.

Limitations of Liability:

3D Helix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its tools or website.

Privacy Policy:

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use data.

Refund Policy:

Users may be eligible for a refund within the first 7 days of subscription if they experience unresolved technical issues. All refunds are subject to review.  

Governing Law:
